EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- At least a bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Training in disciple making is highly preferred
- Experience in personal disciple making
- Experience in successfully building and leading teams

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Give leadership, supervision and coordination to Adult, Student, and Kids ministries regarding staffing, goal setting, alignment, budgeting and programming.
- Champion a disciple-making culture in every department of Adults, Students, and Kids.
- Coordinate with Guest Services to move guests into church membership and group life.
- Provide supervisory oversight of the Pastoral Care team.
- Serve on the Senior Leadership Team to strategize toward church growth.
- Oversee new initiatives as assigned by the Lead Pastor.
