Executive Pastor of Family Ministries

POSITION PURPOSE

To lead every generation to connect, grow and multiply.  

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Training in disciple making is highly preferred
  • Experience in personal disciple making
  • Experience in successfully building and leading teams

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Give leadership, supervision and coordination to Adult, Student, and Kids ministries regarding staffing, goal setting, alignment, budgeting and programming.
  • Champion a disciple-making culture in every department of Adults, Students, and Kids.
  • Coordinate with Guest Services to move guests into church membership and group life. 
  • Provide supervisory oversight of the Pastoral Care team.
  • Serve on the Senior Leadership Team to strategize toward church growth.
  • Oversee new initiatives as assigned by the Lead Pastor.
