Just like we know for sure that the traffic on Highway 26 will never end, we also know for sure that May in Texas is deathly hot! Let’s celebrate the end of the school year and start of the summer with a massive take-over of an ice rink! Even though the weather forecast shows high 80s, wear pants and a sweatshirt because the ice rink is made of ice (...which is frozen water… which is cold…), and get ready and slide your way across the rink! PSA: You’ll probably fall...but you’ll survive. Bring cash and don’t miss the bus, we’re pulling out of the parking lot at 6 pm sharp!
Seniors will be recognized during the 11:30 service.
A luncheon will follow for Seniors and their families from 12:45pm-2:30pm in the Student Auditorium where we will celebrate our Seniors.
Other details will be emailed to the parents of seniors.
Are you a thrill junkie? Do you enjoy funnel cakes the size of your grandmas Schnauzer? If so, then you need to come with us to Six Flags! We’ll have a blast screaming our heads off as we ride some of the most exhilarating roller coasters with some of our closest friends. Bring your squad and your season pass!
Road trips are fun, but nothing tops a parent-free road trip to Waco for the unforgettable memory of sliding down a 65 foot water slide! If heights aren't your thing, join us in watching those dare devils (unintentionally) belly flop, or grab an inner tube and float around the longest Lazy River in America! Let's make this the greatest summer yet, so grab your sunscreen and flippy-floppies!
Going through a spiritual drought? Are you needing a “night off” to pause the realities of life and encounter the King of Kings in an intimate way? We’ve designed an evening just for you to hear God break through your reality and speak directly to the needs of your heart! Come whole, come broken, come satisfied, come desperate, come confident, come insecure, just come as you are. Set reminders on your phone now, for as we worship God, He will break through to us!
Is there anything better than joining together with your class to show every other grade that you are supreme? At our Second Annual Watermelon Bash you’ll get to do just that by competing in a watermelon smashing relay against every other class alongside your friends. This amazing race will test your group in speed, strength, athleticism, smarts, and teamwork, all while smashing watermelons to pieces. Join us to see who will be the kings and queens of the watermelons.
We strive to be like a second family. As you have moved out of our ministry and stepped into the world of college, we hope that you see the memories and relationships you’ve built while in the ministry as a special part of your world. There is no better way to continue to strengthen our bond as a second family than by joining us for our senior reunion lunch. We’ll tell great stories of new friends, laugh about the good old days, and add one more memory to the books!
