It is time to own YOUR faith. God has given you a very specific set of gifts and passions, and we want to help you develop them. There are several ways you can put your faith into action. Step 1 of that process is to apply by clicking the link below, and we will be in touch with you soon about the rest of our onboarding process.
Our Connect Group Leaders are men and women who are committed to walk alongside our students for several years and help them mature in their walk with God. They lead biblically based discussions on Sunday mornings, communicate with students and their parents to encourage them, and they invest in their students lives outside of the walls of our church. We believe Connect Group Leaders are the backbone of our ministry. They follow God’s call to pour into the lives of students, so our students can go and change the world! Will you prayerfully consider being one of our Connect Group Leaders?
We want to make walking into the doors of our ministry an enjoyable experience, especially for students visiting for the first time. Students can immediately sense if they are not welcome. We need adults that love to smile to oversee our first impression process. Our first impression volunteers have the heart of a connector and the spiritual gift of hospitality. They love seeing the students who are on fringes be brought into close relationships with other students. Jesus modeled this well. He cared for those on the outskirts and our amazing first impression team does too. Will you join our First Impression Team?
Please use the link below if you’d like to become an adult leader. The application takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Do you enjoy helping others find friendship? We know how important it is to have strong authentic friendship, but just imagine how important friendship is for students who are first time guests. Our Welcome team exists to be the bridge builders between everyone who walks through our doors and finding friendship. You will serve by greeting, helping serve food, and being intentional with all the students who join us, especially if it’s their first time. You are the welcoming arms of Jesus!
Do you sing or play any instruments? God has given us all unique gifts, and if music is one of the gifts you have, the worship team is perfect for you! You’ll serve by being a part of the worship team on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. We put an incredible value on the spiritual health and leadership of those on the platform, so our worship team is also an extension of the Welcome Team when off the platform. Be a part of leading our Worship to God!
Do you have an interest in all the tech and production that goes into our services? Our Tech Team is the ideal place for those who like to be behind the scenes. You’ll serve by being trained to operate any of the equipment of your choice in our Tech Booth. That can be running our computer that has ProPresenter, video elements, and worship lyrics; or it could be running all of our intelligent lighting; and lastly you could operate our sound board. All of these elements are the most important part of our services. The Tech team is the foundation for all games, preaching, and even worship.
Do have the desire to lead others spiritually? Our hive team is a select group of students (10th grade and up) that have the strength of leadership and want to use that strength spiritually. You’ll serve by leading the small group discussion every Wednesday night and facilitating a set of questions about the sermon with a group of younger students. God is not waiting for you to become an adult to start making a spiritual impact, he wants you to start doing that now as a high schooler!
Are you looking for a place in the Church to use your creativity? God is a creative God, and we are all designed to be creative too! The creative team is a place for those who want to use creativity for the Glory of God through photography, videography, on stage talent, content creation, and so much more! You’ll serve by choosing one of these creative avenues: Take photographs at every service, capture videos at our events and edit them into content we can use, creating graphics to make every piece of content we release unique and amazing, be on stage leading announcements and other service elements, acting in student ministry productions (on camera or live), and even sharing your testimonies. It’s time for you to start using your creativity for the Kingdom of God!
