Administrative Assistant – Part Time

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES 

Provide administrative support to the Pastors of Adult Ministry

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Track attendance and submit weekly reports for all Connect Groups
  • Provide assistance with planning, executing, and evaluation of events and trainings
  • Maintain an organized website with accurate, up-to-date information
  • Track inventory of materials and resources
  • Manage requests and roster changes for Connect Groups
  • Create purchase orders and track spending from multiple budgets
  • Attend weekly staff meeting and staff trainings as necessary
  • All other duties assigned by supervisors

REQUIRMENTS INCLUDED

  • High School Diploma
  • At least two years prior office experience is preferred
