Administrative Assistant  

Overall Responsibilities:   Provide administrative support to departmental staff

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar and communications
  • Assist with office organization and data/file management
  • Create purchase orders and track spending to multiple accounts
  • Track inventory of materials and resources
  • Provide assistance with certain special events
  • Attend weekly Staff Meetings and periodic staff training
  • Create and manage project-based spreadsheets on an on-going basis
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma
  • At least 2 years prior office experience
