COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

POSITION PURPOSE
To support the ministries of First Colleyville by leading a team to provide excellent communication and media resources for all departments.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Educated on current production software
  • Experience in video and audio production
  • Experience in marketing and graphic design
  • Experience in successfully building and leading teams
  • Experience in creative design and conception of ideas

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop teams that provide video, audio and print resources for all departments
  • Develop design and standards for all print pieces
  • Direct creative concept, design and production of video and graphics packages for sermon series.
  • Oversee marketing strategies for the church
  • Develop church wide campaigns packages
  • Oversee web and all social media platform
  • Produce all in house published resources
  • Develop church wide internal communication strategies
  • Oversee new initiatives as assigned by the Lead Pastor
