POSITION PURPOSE:
To provide support to the Preschool Associate by recruiting, hiring and training childcare staff and organizing support childcare times, including but not limited to Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school education 
  • 2 years of management experience

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit, train, manage and schedule childcare team
  • Follow office procedures to organize Sunday, Wednesday and other childcare times
  • Other duties as assigned
