Administrative Assistant  

Overall Responsibilities:   Provide administrative support to departmental staff

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Manage calendar and communications Assist with office organization and data/file management Create purchase orders and track spending to multiple accounts Track inventory of materials and resources Provide assistance with certain special events Attend weekly Staff Meetings and periodic staff training Create and manage project-based spreadsheets on an on-going basis Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills (both oral and written), Ability to work in a multi-task environment, Strong organizational skills, Steady, Positive attitude, People-oriented, Team Player, Customer service minded, Detail oriented, Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Outlook Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Requirements Include: High School diploma At least 2 years prior office experience Membership at First Colleyville
